1.PRODUCT INFORMATION

• We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, images, measurements, colors, and prices are accurate.
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Product availability is subject to confirmation.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made using the payment methods available on our Website and may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Blouse& may cancel an Order due to Product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or technical problems. If payment has already been made, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. ORDERS

• Customers are responsible for checking all sizes, measurements, quantities, delivery information, and Order details before placing an Order.
• Made-to-order items are specially prepared based on the information provided by the Customer.

4. DELIVERY

• Ready for Delivery: Same-day delivery within Kuwait for Orders placed before 5:00 PM, except Fridays.
• Made-to-Order: Delivery takes approximately 5–15 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

• Ready for Delivery: Eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the Order, subject to our Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy.
• Made-to-Order: No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Complimentary alterations are available for eligible made-to-order items within Kuwait for 7 days after receiving the Order.
• After 7 days, alteration and delivery fees may apply.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Worldwide shipping is available.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• International Orders are not eligible for alterations, returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where a manufacturing defect or error by Blouse& is confirmed.

7. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

• If you believe your Product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Blouse& with your Order details and clear photographs of the issue.
• All claims are subject to review. If a manufacturing defect or error by Blouse& is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

• Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and validity.
• Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or used after expiry.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER CONTENT

• All Blouse& designs, images, videos, logos, branding, and Website content are protected and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
• By voluntarily sharing photos, videos, reviews, or other content with Blouse&, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow Blouse& to use it for marketing and social media purposes, subject to applicable law.
