1. SHIPPING

• Ready for Delivery: Same-day delivery before 5 PM, except Fridays.
• Made-to-order items: 5–15 business days.
• Worldwide shipping is available; customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Ready for Delivery items: Returns/exchanges within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition.
• Made-to-order items: No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• If there is a manufacturing defect or an error by Blouse&, we will provide an appropriate solution.

3. COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS

• Free alterations are available for eligible orders within one week of receiving the order.
• After one week, alteration and delivery fees will apply.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• Items altered at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• No alterations, returns, or exchanges for orders outside Kuwait, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or error by Blouse&.
