1. Can I try it on and return it if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, for items purchased from our Ready for Delivery section. These items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy.

All other items are made to order and specially prepared according to your selected size and height, so they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

However, complimentary alterations are available for eligible made-to-order items within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. What do you mean by the “Height” field?

Please enter your full height from head to toe in centimeters (cm).

We use your height to help prepare the length and proportions of your made-to-order piece, so please make sure the height entered at checkout is accurate before placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, the height provided cannot be changed.

3. I ordered a Large, but I’m usually a Small, and it arrived too big. What can I do?

If the size you ordered is one size larger or smaller than your correct size, we may be able to alter the item for you through our complimentary alteration service.

If the difference is more than one size, unfortunately, we may not be able to alter the piece to the correct fit.

Complimentary alterations must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to the alterations that can reasonably be made to the design.
